This is the only road leading to Akarai, Umuoru, Adiai-Obiaka, Utuoku and Onyia communities in Ndokwa East LGA Delta State neglected and abandoned by successive governments. We are completely cut off from the rest of the world. Delta State government and NDDC, please come to our rescue the suffering is hellish.
