Yesterday, two people were arrested by policemen
during a convocation ceremony at the University of Lagos UNILAG.
According to reports by the police, the students planned to attack the
vice chancellor. Femi Adeyeye and Dotun Olawoye were arrested inside the
convocation hall by security agents and taken away by the police.
A Citizen reporter with Sahara Reporters, Segun Olawoye was also arrested by the Police shortly after his graduation.
The suspects were taken to the Sabo Police Station and later transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti before they were released.
