CHIEF OJO MMADUEKWE CHIEF OJO MMADUEKWE GOES HOME

Dr Okezie Ikpeazu described the late Ojo Maduekwe as a man that lived a courageous and truthful life.

Speaking at the valedictory session held for the late former Ambassador at the Government House Umuahia,the Governor prayed that another Ojo will arise from Abia State. He said Abia State and Nigeria have lost an embodiment of wisdom, whose knowledge would've helped solve some of the challenges we are facing as a country.

Speaking earlier, Sen Ben Obi,Prof Jerry Gana, Sen Walid Jibrin, Sen. Abaribe etc also dropped few words about the life and time of the late Orator.The programme was attended by the former Abia State Governor, Sen. T. A . Orji and his wife,Sen. Adolphus Wabara, Former Senate President, Sen Enyinnaya Abaribe, Deputy Governor of Abia State, Sir Ude Oko Chukwu, Secretary to Abia State Government Dr Eme Okoro, Sen. Walid Jibrin Chairman PDP BOT and other members of the BOT, former Information
minister, Elder Emma Adaelu, Chief Osita Chidoka, former Aviation Minister, House of Rep members, State Assembly Members, Commissioners and other top Government functionaries.
