PDP Embarks On Peace Talks At State Levels

The Ahmed Markafi led Peoples Democratic Party says it is embarking on fresh trouble shooting efforts in state chapters of the party to bring about sustainable peace.

These followed efforts to reconcile warring groups in oyo state.

Former governors of the state, Rasheed Ladoja and Alao Akala, may have returned to the party as their representatives attended a peace meeting with the national leadership of the party, in Abuja.
