Gospel singer Tope Alabi loses mother at 70
The sad event happened on Thursday, February 23, 2017.
Late Obayomi is survived by her husband and children who include the famous actress turned gospel singer.
Announcing the death of her mother the gospel act wrote
“I want to announce the glorious exit f my mother Madam Agnes Kehinde
Obayomi who slept in the Lord on 23rd of Feb, 2017 at the age of 70.
Mama Tope Alabi Sun un re oo."

Speaking on the cause of her death, a family source said: "She is an old woman and her time has come."
The deceased is said to be a devouted Christian who served God till she breath her last breathe.
Late
Obayomi’s burial has been fixed for April after the Christian lent
fasting. A specific date will be announced later by the family.
Daughter
of the deceased, Tope Alabi is more famous for her song Aye Le which
has been sampled in thousands of funny videos in recent past.
